1) To participate in the contest, you must:
a. Be a citizen of India and resident of India at the time of entry.
b. Tag Somany Facebook Channel https://www.facebook.com/SomanyCeramic or Instagram Channel https://www.instagram.com/somanyceramics/.
2) The mechanics of the contest are as follows:

b. Contest Details:
i. Each participant is entitled to participate multiple times.
ii. The reply will have to be posted in the comment section of the contest post on Facebook or on the contestant’s
own Instagram channel and @SomanyCeramics should be tagged alongside the use of #TonesOfNavratri in order for their entry to be considered.
iii. Please note there will be only one lucky winner for the contest.
c. Winners will be declared on our Facebook page and Instagram channel on the following day, albeit the gifts will be emailed to the winners post that.
d. The decision of Somany Ceramics shall be final and binding.
e. The time limit for the contest is 24 hours. That means the contestant will have to respond within 24 hours of the contest being posted. After that, the entries will not be acceptable.
3) Somany Ceramics Limited reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the contest with or without a prior notice at its sole discretion if:-
a. Entry is incomplete and/or fails to fulfil and/or comply with all or any of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and any applicable rules and regulations.
b. Somany Ceramics Limited has, at its sole discretion, any reason whatsoever to believe that such Eligible Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception. Not withstanding the above, Somany ceramic shall at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participation at any stage of the Contest and forfeit any prizes for any reason as it deems fit and reasonable with or without a prior notice.
4) Somany Ceramics Limited decision on matters relating to the Contest (including, but not limited to the selection of the winners) shall be final and absolute. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the Participants in respect of any decision of Somany Ceramics Limited shall be entertained.
5) Somany Ceramics Limited shall not be liable if the gifts are lost, misplaced or stolen.
6) The reward cannot be sold, exchanged, converted, transferred, auctioned, assigned in favor of other, or combined with any goods, cash, person or scheme respectively in any circumstances.
7) Somany Ceramics Limited shall not be liable for any disruption to the contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.
8) Somany Ceramics Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, representatives, as well as its advertising, creative, media, digital, design and other creative agencies of Somany Ceramics Limited, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to loss of opportunities and any indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from either participation in this contest or with any of the Prizes offered or forfeited.
9) The Terms and Conditions of the contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. This shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the prevailing laws of India. The Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only in connection with any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
10) All rights and privileges herein granted to Somany Ceramics are irrevocable and not subjected to rescission, restraint or injunction under all circumstances. Under no circumstances shall the Eligible Participants have the right to injunctive relief or to restrain or otherwise interfere with the organization of the contest, the production, distribution, exhibition and/or exploitation of the Contest and/or any product based on and/or derived from the Contest.
11) All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes in relation to the performance of the Contest and not for any other purposes. The Participant hereby consents that their personal data may be used, published and circulated for marketing and promotional purposes in relation to this Contest.
12) Somany Ceramics reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions with or without any prior notice. It is a candidate’s responsibility to check regularly, in order to ascertain if any changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions.
13) These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other communications or promotional materials to the Contest.
14) The main language of the Terms and Conditions shall be the English language. Any translation to any other language than English shall be for convenience only and the English Version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the other language’s version.
15) By virtue of an entry to the Contest, the Eligible Participant signifies his/her absolute and unconditional acceptance and agreement to all the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein.
16) Somany Ceramics reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by Somany Ceramics of the Contest shall not entitle the Eligible Participants to any claim or compensation against Somany Ceramics Limited, its agents, and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.
17) All information entered by the customer for registration under this contest shall be subject to the Privacy Policy of the company and said information may be used by the company for its brand promotion.
18) Participants/visitors shall not use abusive or any unacceptable language for anyone in the contest. Somany Ceramics reserves the right to block the participants/visitors entry to the contest and remove prior uploads.
19) In the instance of a contest winner not getting in touch within the stipulated time, another winner may or may not be selected.
