Residential Excellence Award
This category recognises excellence in residential design across both Single Dwelling Units and Multiple Dwelling Units/Group Housing. Entries must clearly identify the applicable typology and will be evaluated on their own merits, with due consideration to the distinct scale, context, complexity and design challenges of each. The Jury will assess spatial innovation, functionality, user comfort, circulation, natural light and ventilation, material efficiency, sustainability, and the balance between privacy and community, wherever relevant. While both typologies are eligible and will be assessed appropriately.

Valid COA Registration
Practicing Architects with a valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration certificate.
Eighteen Cities & Townships
Nominations accepted only from the 18 listed cities and their adjoining townships.
Completed Projects (2016–2026)
Projects completed within the last 10 years (2016–2026), from these 18 cities and adjoining townships.
Eligible Work Only
Conceptual, unbuilt, incomplete or litigated projects are not eligible for the awards.
Residential Typology
Nominee must identify the project as Single Dwelling Unit or Multiple Dwelling Units/Group Housing at the time of entry.
