Lifetime Achievement Award

Not open for direct applications - jury nominated only. The award aims to honour an architect whose lifelong contribution has significantly shaped India’s architectural and design discourse. Eligible nominees should be senior professionals with over 60 years of age as on 1st January 2026. The Jury looks at depth and breadth of impact, body of work, contribution to mentorship, thought leadership, and legacy within the architectural fraternity.

Valid COA Registration

Practicing Architects with a valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration certificate.

Eighteen Cities & Townships

Nominations accepted only from the 18 listed cities and their adjoining townships.

Completed Projects (2016–2026)

Projects completed within the last 10 years (2016–2026), from these 18 cities and adjoining townships.

Eligible Work Only

Conceptual, unbuilt, incomplete or litigated projects are not eligible for the awards.
